Sunday brings consistency with the moon remaining in Aries and New phase all day, however there are several other astrological events coloring our day. Our main event to note is Venus stations retrograde at 10°Ar50', Sabian symbol, “the ruler of a nation.” Venus represents our evaluative function or sense of attraction/repulsion so we can infer that this is being reworked. More specifically, we can look at the house 10°Ar50' occupies in our birth chart to determine what is being activated for us on an individual level. In looking at the symbol, we can infer the lesson is coming relating to ambition. Venus will retrograde until April 12 referencing our ability to do what is best for the group or to sacrifice short-term pleasure for long-term gain. We will be tested in taking on more than we can handle and minding our own business.
One of our other aspects is Mercury conjunct Neptune (28°Pi57’) at 11:21AM. This is a new beginning occurring between our communication or inner psyche and subtle emotion. It is likely this energy will improve our use of imagination and appreciation of art or subtle areas of life. Visions or intuitive thinking are favored today as well.
Our last aspect is the Sun (12°Pi25’) square Jupiter (12°Ge25’) at 1:18PM. This energy feels like our identity changing expansion. It may be that a project comes to an end or we make a turn towards what is in our best interests. The Sun is catching up with Jupiter so this is an ending square rather than beginning therefore we may need the confidence and optimism this aspect brings to end something we have been putting off. Alternatively, we may get the green light for starting something new we have been waiting on. We should be careful not to go over the top with the energy but maintain a comfortable pace.
