Monday is the last day of the month of March in the Gregorian calendar. Most people can feel that this is the actual New Year for the Earth rather than the cold dark December/January one. We can feel the planet waking up and layers of pollen confirms new seeds are being planted. The moon is in Taurus all day long and we have the third day of the new phase. We are beginning and intending around routines and existing projects rather than new ones. We can anticipate today will be focused on appearances and expectations when we look at themes in the Sabian symbols. There are several planets that reference a position of authority, the Sun, at the president of the country, the Earth references a professor, Mercury and an ideal of greatness, then begins to look like it. As we look at the other symbols there is this story that begins with a garden lit by Full Moon light with emotional purging large and public. But then rising back up with the healer carrying a valuable load full of people who have a choice when they return back to the garden. We cannot always write sentences with the symbols but with today’s there seems to be a message. By spending time with the images, we can begin to see how the relate to each other and help signal the weather for the day.
